Clay Marlar joined Churchill in 2024 and is currently a Vice President of Underwriting responsible for overseeing the underwriting, operational processes, and pipeline management within Churchill’s whole loan acquisition operation. Prior to joining Churchill, Clay worked at Lima One Capital for five years, where he was a senior underwriter within the strategic accounts division. Clay received a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University.
