Sarper Beyazyurek is a Principal at Churchill responsible for the portfolio management and risk management of U.S. real estate strategies. Prior to joining Churchill in 2019, Sarper worked at Wells Fargo Securities, where he managed the firm’s approximately $5 billion Mortgage Finance Whole Loan portfolio and oversaw the analysis, valuation, and pricing of non-performing, re-performing, and REO assets. Prior to Wells Fargo, Sarper was the lead Risk Manager at Ally Bank. Sarper received a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey, and a M.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
